This is the responsibility of the Customer. The vendor of your product or device should be contacted for technical support issues. Extended Support Agreements are available. If you are having intermittent problems with your connection, contact our support department by phone 775-284-WiFi (9434) or by email and you will receive personalized service.

First try the following steps.
Reboot your computer - Doing this will force your Network Interface Card to refresh its bindings and ask the network for a new IP address.

Reboot your Router/Firewall - Doing this will force your Router/Firewall to ask the network for a new IP address.

Check for link lights - Make sure you have a link light on the back of your computer, then check to see if you have link lights on both the LAN and WAN sides of your router if applicable. The lack of link lights generally means a device has lost power or the RJ45 Plug has come out.

If you have a link light on your computer and on the LAN side of your router but not the WAN side contact our Technical Support Department.

If you have a link light on the WAN side of your router but NOT on your computer or the LAN side of your router consult your routers installation documentation to insure proper setup and make sure all the interconnecting cables are plugged in properly.
