Self-Installation is available in some areas. Customer can either come by our office and pick up necessary equipment at our office, or we can deliver it for you. A $30 delivery fee will apply towards equipment deliveries. |
†Professional installation - Pricing based on basic installation of radio mounted to the customer building. Installation prices may be lower for longer term contracts. Category 5 cable installed through one outside wall penetration into the computer or router location. Any additional installation will be chargeable at an hourly rate of $65.00 per hour plus materials. Any computer or network configuration other than basic setup (professional services) will be charged at $85.00 per hour. Additional installation charges may also apply based on geographical region.
Equipment deposit - Deposit will be paid back to customer upon returning in good working condition the radio, power supply and mounting hardware to our office at 9825 South Virginia, Ste E, Reno 89511. There will be a $24 restock fee deducted for the deposit when paid back.
Speeds - Speeds listed on our plans are listed as up to. In most cases speeds will surpass those listed on our offerings. The minimum speeds you should receive will typically not be less than half the speed of our plans listed speeds.
Canceling service - If you are month to month there is no cancellation fee. If you are under contract the amount due will be based on total contract payments left x 50% of the monthly rate.
Month to Month agreement - Requires first and last month service paid at time of installation.

Residential accounts include a monthly data transfer of 20 Gigabytes, additional usage charges may apply. Business accounts include up to 1 static public IP address and a monthly data transfer of 40 Gigabytes, additional usage and Static IP charges may apply. Residential and Business email accounts available upon request. All billing will either automatic log in and pay or invoices will be emailed. There will be an additional monthly charge of $5.00 for paper billing via standard postal service. |
